David brings over 18 successful years in several key managerial roles in the heavy construction industry. He has a vast amount of practical experience in management, finance, sales, corporate structure and compliance.

Alan Thompson, Technical Director/Partner

Alan has 35 years of technical experience and first-hand Bagela Asphalt Recyclers product expertise. He’s currently developing a US-based Bagela recyclers parts and accessories operation to serve our existing and new customers, as well as our developing dealer network.

Greg Harla, Sales & Marketing Director/Partner

Greg has over 22 successful years in various sales and marketing roles. Along with an MBA in marketing, he has extensive knowledge and diverse experience from several related industries.
