Portable recyclers don’t get any more advanced or reliable than the BA10000. It takes broken chunk, milled (RAP) or leftover virgin plant mix and cranks out 10 or more tons of fresh hot mix per hour. The BA10000 comes standard mounted on an over-sized trailer, and is available as frame-mounted for static installation.
The Bagela BA10000 Portable Asphalt Recycler recycles either broken chunk or milled asphalt at a rate of ten tons per hour. Additionally, the BA10000 is a diesel powered, trailer mounted,continuous operating asphalt recycler, that is designed to recycle asphalt using convection type heating. Finally, by design, flame from the burner does not come in direct contact with material inside mixing drum. Plus, the BA10000 remains easy to use because material is loaded into front of recycler via a hydraulically operated hopper and discharged through rear of mixing drum at rear of recycler.
